Slowly Re-roasted Slow Roast Lamb - Monday 1st October 2012

It's October. It's definitely got a tingle in the air now. Autumn is firmly here.

Mashed potatoes it is then...

With the leftover part of the Slow Roast lamb from Friday roasted again until piping hot. Kale, potatoes and carrots from Aldeburgh over the weekend.  Not complicated. Just delicious.
