Prawn and Monkfish Risotto, with Pan Fried Darne of Salmon - Friday 4th May, 2012

Fabulous dinner tonight, a tail of monkfish and some jumbo prawns, in a light risotto with peas and celery, topped with a darne (slice across the fillet) of salmon, panfried on the skin side til it is nice and dark and crisp.

I do love fish and rice!
