Lamb Fillet with Hoisin Sauce
This was seriously delicious, sweet, savoury, mouth filling delicious.
A little stir fry and noodle base, like all the other swooshes, topped with griddled lamb fillets, sliced when cooked and glazed with hoisin sauce. Easy!
